The tip on my Westach 399S7 oil temp sensor is too long to fit into one of the holes in the oil sump plate ACV-P02-20. I drilled and tapped a 1/8NPT hole in the left front oil temperature plate as indicated on P30, step 4, of the engine manual and mounted the sensor. Wired it to the instrument and tested that it responded by heating the probe with a heat gun.
Installed a 3-hole bent tang (A/S 05-02079, Max-Air #T9-DAT) to the firewall to connect the exhaust pipe extension springs (engine manual pg 56, step 5&6).
Worked on wiring the EGT sensors into the 16 pin connector.
